In the absence of a minimal (non-)working example, the best I could suggest is going with XeLaTeX and trying out something like that in your .bib file:
title={{\foreignlanguage{russian}{\fontspec{DejaVuSerif.ttf}{Прямо-таки опиздинительная статья!}}}},
sorttitle={Pr'amo-taki opizdinitel'na'a stat'a!}stat'a!}
I guess, this would fail for the reasons given by @moewe in their comment.
