Um die absolute Konfiguration an einem C-Atom anzugeben bedient man sich in der org. Chemie der sog. R/S-Nomenklatur. Sie bezeichnet die Rangfolge der Substituenten an einem asymmetrischen C-Atom (C-Atom mit vier unterschiedlichen Substituenten). Der R,S-Deskriptor muss für jedes asymmetisches C-Atom angegeben werden. In Lehrbüchern wird dieses C-Atom gelegentlich auch in der chemischen Formel der Substanz mit den Buchstaben R oder S markiert.

Im nachfolgenden Adrenalin-Molekül ist das asymmetrische C-Atom bereits mit (R) markiert. Es soll klein und kursiv gesetzt werden. Der Befehl textit funktioniert wohl in Verbindung mit scriptstyle nicht so ganz. Entweder ich bekomme eine Fehlermeldung oder der Befehl scriptstyle wird "ausgehebelt" (siehe unten).

@esdd Danke, so geht's. Nimm' noch in Deinem Code den Return vor [:-30] weg. Dann sieht das Molekül korrekt aus (mit einem Winkel von -30° in der Seitenkette). Der Return stammte wohl von mir.
