du kannst nicht über Zeilen (durch \\ markiert) hinweg die Kombination \left ... \right benutzen. Spalte es in eine Kette der Form \left( ... \right. <Umbruch> \left. ... \right)auf:

Entsprechend für andere Klammern. Es wird vor Ende der Zeile zugemacht und am Anfang der neuen Zeile wieder aufgemacht, der Punkt von \left. steht für eine unsichtbare Klammer. Damit hast Du die Klammern in zwei Teile aufgebrochen.

Werden dabei die Klammern dabei unterschiedlich, dann arbeite mit \vphantom. Beispiele in Mathmode.pdf. D.h. Du kannst in der Zeile, wo die Klammer zu klein wird, in den Klammern mit einfügen: \vphantom{<größter Ausdruck der anderen Zeile>}, das reserviert unsichtbar entsprechenden Platz in der Höhe.

Eine andere Möglichkeit ist die Verwendung von \big, \Big, \bigg oder \Bigg, um gleich hohe Klammern zu erhalten, Größe wählbar:
